The SLAM MACHINE crew are back at the Motley Bauhaus with their new sketch comedy show SLAM MACHINE SQUARED.

Entering pumpkins at dog shows, Michelin Chefs checking out restaurants, haunted houses, gender reveals, and a game show that spins a straight man. Sounds wacky doesn’t it? It is, and it’s an hour of pure fun. 

SLAM MACHINE SQUARED is a show by Sam McDonald, Gabby Angelone, Justin Casley, Lucy Grant, Matt Thompson, Niamh Schofield, Julian Consiglio, Brooke Painter, Tina Dunbar, Nat Vincent and Nancy Curtis. The sizeable crew bring big energy to every sketch in the small space at Motley Bauhaus and the audience were totally engaged. 

The characterisation (and the message) in the gender reveal sketch really stood out for me, but the whole team have great stage presence. The performers jump into every absurd premise with 100% dedication and the technical execution is sharp, with crisp transitions that keep the show moving at a cracking pace. They come across as having a lot of fun delivering the show.
